Good old Ginza brings us back to form with more than half of our men making matches.
We seem to get more couples (certainly for the men) by having more women than men, so that's partly why we normally prefer more women than men. We generally aim to have around a 4:5 ratio of men:women.
Anyway, a good event, and one we look forward to having many more of.

A perfect balance tonight in both of our events. Good way to start the year.
Osaka also had a great atmosphere tonight, and just under half the guests made matches and left as couples.

Most of our men and half of our women made matches in Ginza tonight.
There was a great atmosphere and the party went great, despite a few of the guys not shuffling around particularly promptly! Everyone seemed to have a good time though.
A great couple turn out as well, with an amazing 8 out of 10 of our couples being first choice couples. (They'd both voted for each other as their first choice). It's not often that such a high proportion of guests leave with their first choice.
All in all a great event, and a good way to round off a fantastic 2011.

A perfect balance in Osaka tonight and exactly half of our guests making matches and leaving as a couple.
The event was quite a bit smaller than usual, but the perfect balance meant that the atmosphere was still good.
50% is not bad as a couple ratio either, in fact it's quite high for the women.
Our next event in Osaka is on the 6th of January. In the meantime, have a very merry Christmas, and a happy new year!

Another slightly imbalanced party in Ginza tonight. We could have done with a few more guys coming along.
A bit surprisingly, less than half of the men made matches (albeit just under half), despite so many women. Maybe there were just too many women to choose from. You never know.
Our next event is on a national holiday (23rd) and so is likely to be quite big. We always have plenty of new faces coming.

Not a great balance tonight in Ginza, as we were quite low on men.
As usual (and perhaps unsurprisingly with so many women) most of the men made matches and left with a date.
As there were so many women, it meant that the first party of the event was in true speed dating fashion, with only about 1 minute for the guys to introduce themselves to each girl. This is partly because we were delayed a bit during reception by some slightly crazy people from the previous party.
Let's try to get a slightly better balance as it gets closer to Christmas guys.
As I'm sure you know, Christmas is a time for dating and romance here in Japan.

Our Shinjuku events are normally a little smaller than our Ginza events, but today was quite a big turnout.
Half of our men made matches and left with a date as usual.
There was a great balance of men and women, and a good number of guests generally, giving a nice atmosphere to the party.
We're next in Shinjuku for our first party of 2012 on the 6th of January.

It was a great party tonight in Ginza. The balance was good and the numbers were about right. There were plenty of people, but not too many (each conversation becomes pretty quick when there's too many people).
Just over half of our men made matches, and it should actually have been one more, were it not for a mistake in the coupling (unusual and unforgivable!).
We're in Shinjuku next week for our first event of December.

A really great collaboration event in Los Angeles.
The event was very similar to our events in Japan, with American men and Japanese women attending. We had a perfect number of guests, and everyone seemed to have a really great time. Well over half of the guests made matches and left with a date.
We'll be hosting another event in LA in March 2011.
